Foundation and Development

The parent company was founded in 1998. Since 2000, Transimpex has been the official representative of the international logistics company FedEx Corporation in Armenia. FedEx is a leading international logistics company providing a wide range of services: express delivery, customs clearance, return goods management, warehousing, and distribution. The company has an extensive global network: more than 5,000 offices, 13 regional aviation hubs, about 200,000 vehicles, and around 700 aircraft, serving 650 airports worldwide.

Since 2015, Transimpex has been the official representative of Major Express in Armenia and provides express deliveries to and from the EAEU countries. This service allows for deliveries to major cities in the Russian Federation within an average of one working day.
